Breast

Breast augmentation

Breast augmentation surgery using the latest generation of silicone gel implants. The aim is to improve shape, symmetry, and proportions, while respecting the body's anatomy and harmony. The choice of implant, insertion plane, and surgical technique is personalised for each patient.

Minimally invasive breast augmentation – Mia Femtech and Preserve

State-of-the-art techniques that allow for breast augmentation with minimal incisions and rapid recovery times. The Mia Femtech mastopexy permits the insertion of small and medium-sized implants with no visible scars on the breast. The Preserve protocol combines surgical precision with the use of internal protection devices, reducing tissue trauma and improving the quality of the result. Dr Luca Piombino at IUVENTA Health is the first certified Mia centre in Milan.

Breast lift

A breast lift procedure that corrects breast ptosis and repositions the areola-nipple complex, restoring a more youthful and natural shape. The surgery reshapes breast tissue without increasing volume and without the use of implants.

Mastopexy with Implants

Combined technique that unites breast lift with augmentation mammoplasty. Indicated for patients with deflated or sagging breasts, it allows for simultaneous improvement of shape, volume, and projection for a full and harmonious result.

Breast reduction surgery

A procedure aimed at reducing breast volume and reshaping the breasts. In addition to aesthetic improvement, it alleviates functional symptoms such as back pain, poor posture, or skin irritation, restoring proportion and comfort.

Correction of Tubular Breasts

Surgery dedicated to the reshaping of congenital breast abnormalities, characterised by an elongated shape and dilated areola. The objective is to reconstruct the mammary base and restore a natural, proportionate shape.

Correction of Symmastia

A complex procedure that corrects the anomalous junction between the breasts, often a consequence of previous operations. It consists of the accurate reconstruction of the inframammary fold and the restoration of natural separation and symmetry.

Breast fat grafting

A technique for breast augmentation or reshaping using autologous fat grafting, taken from other areas of the body. The result is natural and soft to the touch. It can be performed as a standalone treatment or in combination with breast augmentation surgery to optimise contours and symmetry.

Breast Implant Replacement or Removal

Intervention indicated in cases of rupture, capsular contracture, or change in aesthetic outcome over time. It allows for the replacement or removal of prostheses, potentially combined with a mastopexy or lipofilling to improve shape and consistency.

Breast Revision

Revision surgery aimed at correcting complications or dissatisfaction arising from previous procedures. Each case is studied with individual analysis to restore a natural and proportionate result.

Body

Abdominoplasty

A procedure indicated for removing excess skin and adipose tissue in the abdominal region, often a consequence of pregnancies or significant weight changes. It allows for redefining the abdominal profile, improving tone, and restoring tension to the abdominal wall muscles.

Abdominal separation

A surgical procedure to correct diastasis recti, common after pregnancies. It restores abdominal wall function, improves posture and reduces central bulging, resulting in a flat and aesthetically pleasing abdomen.

Brachialis Lift

Crural Lift
